Compensation: $76,000 – $130,000 (annualized USD)
Experience Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline, OR
- High school diploma plus 4+ years of technical experience
Intezra is hiring a skilled Associate Developer to join a growing team working on advanced cyber capability development. You'll contribute to the design and development of new hardware- and software-based capabilities and help drive excellence in the offensive cyber space.
This is a hands-on role for an early-career developer who wants to build real capabilities, learn from senior engineers, and grow into deeper technical work over time.
Responsibilities- Design and develop new hardware- or software-based cyber capabilities.
- Assist with the design, development, documentation, testing, and debugging of applications software and systems.
- Apply knowledge of security concepts and network technologies.
- Ensure software engineering standards are consistently met.
- Experience in Python or C/C++ programming.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging.
- Experience with networking (TCP/IP) and socket-level programming.
- Experience with low-level system internals across one or more platforms.
- Experience in software analysis or reverse engineering.
- Experience developing offensive cyber capabilities.
- Understanding of unit testing frameworks and practices.
- Understanding of assembly programming concepts.
- Familiarity with Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Crucible.
Salary is determined by multiple factors, including location, education, experience, skills, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $76,000 – $130,000 (annualized USD).
