We're seeking passionate Software Engineers at all levels, from fresh talent to seasoned veterans, to join our team and drive innovation. What you'll do, across all levels:
- Craft high-quality Java or Python applications and systems.
- Partner with diverse teams to ideate, design, and deliver impactful features.
- Champion code quality, ensuring applications are performant and responsive.
- Diagnose and fix issues, becoming a problem-solving powerhouse.
- Be a continuous learner, exploring new technologies and methodologies.
What you'll need, at all Levels:
- Java or Python proficiency.
- Object-oriented programming expertise.
- Software development methodologies understanding.
- Passion for problem-solving.
Junior:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (preferred) and up to 2 years of software development experience.
Mid-Level: Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (preferred) and 3-5 years of software development experience.
Senior:
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field (preferred) and 6+ years of software development experience.
Expertise in software architecture and design patterns.
Leadership experience and mentoring abilities.
Dev Ops experience (a plus).
Clearance requirement: TS/SCI w/FS Poly

Various worksites across MD:
Fort Meade, Annapolis Junction, Columbia, Hanover, and more. Telework is sparse, but approved for some missions.
