American Pool was founded in 1984 and has since grown to be the largest commercial swimming pool management, maintenance, construction, and recreational facility management operation in the United States. Our organization employs over 7,500 lifeguards and 300 full-time, year-round employees. Description:

Entry-level HR & Recruiting position, responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring seasonal staff. Position includes responsibilities associated with the day-to-day management of over 3000 seasonal employees. Seeking outgoing, and enterprising individuals to join a growing and dynamic team. No office experience needed. This role is designed to be true "Entry Level" and includes training onto our office team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage and communicate with potential candidates
• Track, schedule, and organize candidate talent pool
• Assist in hiring events, job fairs, and other recruitment opportunities
• Interact with lifeguards to assist with the training process
• Assist with schedule creation and in-season day to day schedule
• Labor Compliance – comply with all Federal, State, and Local Labor Laws

Qualifications:

• Google Suite & Zoom
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage projects
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
