CDL A Regional Drivers

Overview

CDL A Regional Drivers Home Weekly on No Touch Freight (Full Time). Types of Jobs: OTR Van.

• Operate as a CDL A regional driver on no‑touch freight with home weekly and occasional Sunday availability; 40% drop and hook.
• Meet equipment requirements: 2023–2027 Freightliner or International trucks; front‑facing campers; trucks assigned to drivers; some trucks may be taken home; automatic transmissions; speeds around 65 mph coast and 68 mph cruise.
• Maintain safety and compliance with company policies and DOT regulations.
• Orientation includes 2–3 days with transportation, hotel, and meals paid; orientation pay of $200/day.

• Starting pay: $0.70 CPM with an average of 2100–2400+ miles per week; average weekly pay of $1500–$1610+ before benefits.
• No touch freight; 40% drop and hook; riders and small dogs allowed from day one (dog ≤ 50 lbs; rider age 12+).
• Regular home time each week; weekend work may be required;
  Sundays availability required.

• Full medical, dental, and vision insurance begin on the first of the month after 60 days of employment.
• 401(k) plan available starting at 90 days.
• Paid vacation: 1 week after 1 year; 2 weeks after 2 years.

• Rider and small dog permitted from day one; dog up to 50 lbs; rider must be 12 years or older.

• 6 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 12 months, or 12 months verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 24 months.
• No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years (CMV/PMV); may not have more than 1 moving violation in the last 12 months (CMV).
• No major moving violations in the last 36 months (e.g., 15+ incidents, cell phone use, careless/reckless, following too closely, or improper lane violation).
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years.
• No more than 8 jobs in the last 3 years.
