What You'll Be Doing As an Inventory Control Technician, you'll be at the center of the gear lifecycle—ensuring every item is tracked, prepped, returned, and ready to roll for the next big show.
Equipment Tracking – Scan gear in and out using our inventory management system to ensure accuracy and availability Show Prep – Pull gear based on show orders and ensure equipment is properly packed, staged, and documented Equipment Turnaround – Assist with cleaning and minor repairs so gear is ready for its next performance Shipping & Receiving – Help load and unload trucks, confirm returned items, and inspect for damage Manifest Review – Verify shipping manifests for domestic and international events Operational Support – Communicate with internal departments and help maintain warehouse flow and efficiency Light Maintenance – Perform basic cosmetic repairs or flag gear that needs deeper inspection
What We're Looking For Experience with AV, warehouse ops, or logistics is helpful—but we're also willing to train the right person Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work on your feet and lift gear safely in a busy, physical environment Team-oriented mindset with great communication skills Flexibility to support a dynamic production schedule
