Warehouse worker

Overview

Iron Mountain is looking for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our Operations team. In this role, you will handle the secure and physically demanding movement, storage, and care of client records and information.

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting items for efficient workflow.
• Manage records by moving boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, using ladders and shelving as needed.
• Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.
• Maintain compliance with physical security guidelines to protect customer information and ensure a clean, safe work environment.

• Experience with a physically demanding job involving repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately follow procedures and maintain the security of confidential records.

• Rate: $20.50 to $21.50 per hour.
• 14 paid days off (7 holidays + 2 weeks paid vacation) plus sick pay.

• Reasonably expected salary range: $42,500.00 - $53,100.00 (actual starting salary may vary based on factors, and when state or local minimum wages exceed the federal minimum, employees are entitled to the higher rate).
