Position SummaryThe Annual Wellness Nurse is responsible for completing Medicare Annual Wellness Visits for Medicare fee‑for‑service patients in a clinic setting. These visits are conducted annually, and the nurse may rotate among multiple clinic locations to meet patient needs. This role requires flexibility and a willingness to assist with other clinic functions as needed. The Annual Wellness Nurse carries out all duties in alignment with the Mission and Values of Hattiesburg Clinic.
Education& Experience
- Graduation certificate from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program, required
- CPR, ACLS, and IV certifications, preferred
- Strong discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Composure in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments
- Willingness and ability to learn new technologies
- Dependable, punctual, and highly detail‑oriented
- Strong multitasking and independent‑work capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to follow established workflows consistently
- Knowledge of EMR, medical management and policies and procedures
