USA Administrative Assistant you will be responsible for administrative support to all members of the Potter field Group, LLC.
About the Role
* Coordinate all travel arrangements for Midway
USA and all Group members
* Coordinate schedules, meetings, and the running of personal and business errands
* Coordinate and organize industry and family social events
* Maintain a well-stocked and organized office area
* Create and maintain all property files
About You
* You will have a bachelor's degree in business or related field (preferred)
* You will have strong organizational skills and be a self-starter
* You will have demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Photoshop
* You will have the ability to troubleshoot simple computer, printer issues
* You will have the ability to maintain an elevated level of confidentiality and professionalism
* You will have strong office, event and social organizational skills
* You will have the ability and desire to learn and implement new ideas
* You will be a team player with a positive attitude
