Tuk Tuk Boom is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Clerk Typist/Data Entry professional to support administrative operations through accurate data entry, document preparation, record maintenance, and clerical assistance. The ideal candidate will possess strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain organized records in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter, update, and maintain company information in databases and record-keeping systems.
  • Type correspondence, reports, forms, and other business documents accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies when identified.
  • Organize, file, scan, and archive physical and electronic documents.
  • Maintain employee, vendor, inventory, and operational records.
  • Assist with preparing spreadsheets, reports, and administrative documentation.
  • Respond to routine inquiries via phone and email and direct communications as appropriate.
  • Retrieve and distribute documents and records upon request.
  • Maintain confidentiality of company and employee information.
  • Support general office and administrative functions as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous clerical, administrative, typing, or data entry experience preferred.
  • Strong typing speed with a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
