Manager, IAM

Position Purpose

Supports implemented Identity and Access Management systems, processes, standards, and solutions. Provides in-depth business knowledge and advanced technical support to one or more business areas through developed and ad-hoc analysis/reporting, as well as designing and programming complex, new processes/reports for Identity and Access Management systems. Analyzes company functions, processes, and activities to improve computer-based business applications for the most effective use of money, materials, equipment, and people.

Adheres to and participates in auditing of relevant security controls. Key Details:

Manages the implementation and operations of IAM services Leads and manages the design and delivery of development experiences and programs Manages the hiring and training of new and existing staff, conducts performance reviews, and provides leadership, technical guidance and coaching Shares knowledge and develops staff capabilities to strengthen understanding of business issues and best practices Develops and communicates organizational objectives; inspires and motivates team members to achieve results Performs other duties as assigned Complies with all policies and standards

Requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of related experience. Or equivalent experience acquired through accomplishments of applicable knowledge, duties, scope and skill reflective of the level of this position.
