Education:

• Associate’s degree in a related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.

Work Experience:

• Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills. Effective presentation skills to all levels, from senior management to line/staff associates.
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools
• Exploratory Data Analysis
• 1 year minimum related work experience
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage and prioritize work in order to achieve critical deadlines.

Work Experience:

• Certified Scrum product owner
• Introduction to formal product management methodologies.
• Introduction to structured technology delivery/software development life cycles.

Individual pay decisions will depend on job-related factors such as experience, education, skill, performance, and geographic location where work will be performed. Successful candidates may be able to participate in one or more incentive compensation or short-term incentive plans, which could generate additional earnings in accordance with the terms of each plan.
