Project Manager – Commercial​/Public Construction

Project Management Opportunity with a Major Commercial / Public Construction Company!

Salary: $105,000 - $130,000 per year

• Lead all phases of construction projects, from preconstruction through closeout
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and overall project performance
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a high‑quality experience
• Oversee procurement, contract administration, and risk management
• Collaborate with internal teams, design partners, and field staff to ensure seamless execution
• Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards
• Provide proactive problem‑solving to keep projects on track

• 2-5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial and/or public construction
• Proven experience managing projects in sectors such as education, healthcare, municipal, or corporate environments
• Strong understanding of construction management processes, including budgeting, scheduling, and project controls
• Experience with delivery methods such as Design‑Build, CMAR, or General Contracting
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, including owners, architects, and subcontractors
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

• Experience with public‑sector projects and stakeholder coordination
• Knowledge of local building codes, permitting, and regulatory requirements
• Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera, MS Project, etc.)
• Ability to foster long‑term client relationships and contribute to business development efforts
