What you’ll actually be doing:

Supporting Project Managers and field teams on active construction projects
Reviewing plans, specs, and submittals
Coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers
Tracking project progress, schedules, and documentation
Helping solve jobsite challenges in real time
Learning how projects are built—from the ground up

What we’re looking for:

Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
OR field experience looking to move into an office role
Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
Good communication skills and a team-first mindset
Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Someone who takes pride in doing things the right way

Bonus if you have:

Internship or co-op experience in construction
Experience reading construction drawings
Familiarity with Procore or similar tools
