Project Scheduler

Overview

I'm currently recruiting for a Project Scheduler to join a well-established contractor delivering large-scale and technically challenging construction projects.

This position will play a key role in developing, maintaining, and analysing project schedules using Primavera P6
, working closely with Preconstruction, Estimating, and Operations teams to support successful project delivery from planning through execution.

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules in Primavera P6
• Create and update proposal and project execution schedules
• Perform critical path, variance, and schedule risk analysis
• Monitor project progress and identify schedule recovery opportunities
• Produce regular schedule reports and communicate updates to project stakeholders
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure schedules remain accurate and aligned with project objectives

• 5+ years of project scheduling experience within construction or related industries
• Experience developing and managing complex project schedules
• Solid understanding of CPM scheduling and schedule risk management
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
