Domino's Pizza in Columbia, United States, is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 3102 Green Meadows Way location. As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.
* Provide exceptional customer service by taking phone calls and in-person orders with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and other forms of payment
* Prepare and make pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
* Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness standards
* Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy and a problem-solving attitude
* Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
* Proven ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing orders
* Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
* Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
* Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
* Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
* Detail-oriented approach to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
