In this dedicated onsite role you will be embedded directly at our client’s office, serving as their exclusive, go‑to travel expert. You will build relationships with business travellers, manage domestic and complex international itineraries, and deliver highly personalised service that distinguishes this position from typical call‑center roles.

Our business hours are 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM ET / 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM CT, Monday‑Friday. A typical schedule is a 40‑hour work week with five 8‑hour shifts.

The role is based in a professional office environment in Chesterfield, MO, west of St. Louis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the dedicated onsite travel expert, acting as a seamless extension of the client’s team.
  • Build rapport and develop relationships with business travellers to ensure their needs are met by a trusted, first‑name‑basis team.
  • Ensure accurate and timely completion of reservations while meeting travellers’ needs.
  • Execute all responsibilities within company guidelines for customer service, documentation of PNRS (Passenger Name Records), ticketing, invoicing, and maintaining accuracy throughout.
  • Stay fully informed about airline rules, regulations, tariffs, and fare requirements and apply this knowledge accurately.
  • Deliver consultative support and exceptional customer service throughout the booking process.
  • Keep clients informed about all necessary travel documents and health requirements for their destinations.
  • Proficiently handle ticketing, Phase IVs, and complex international fare changes/exports.
  • Manage rerouting and exchange processes, ensuring minimal disruption to travel plans.
Experience & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years recent, prior experience in corporate travel management.
  • In‑depth familiarity with current Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance.
  • Experience with quality‑control processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance of bookings.
  • Proficiency in ticketing procedures and scripting, handling complex itinerary changes.
  • Ability to navigate and manipulate complex itineraries, international fares, and PNRs to meet client requirements.
  • Professional and polished demeanor when interacting with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to handle multiple urgent tasks simultaneously while maintaining efficiency and quality.
  • Capable of making quick, effective decisions to resolve travel‑related issues promptly.
  • Excellent communication skills to keep clients informed and reassured.
  • Deep commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction.
  • Comfortable using travel booking systems and communication tools.
  • Strong technical aptitude, able to troubleshoot and adapt to new technologies.
  • Self‑motivated, capable of working independently and managing tasks successfully.

Compensation

Hourly rate: $31.25 – $34.62 plus commission/incentive earnings based on achievable targets. On‑target earnings average $65,000 – $81,000 annually. The annual salary range shown represents the total compensation package, excluding benefits.
