Customer Service Rep

Domino's Pizza in Columbia, United States, is seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team at our 3102 Green Meadows Way location. As a key member of our customer-focused organization, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a great experience with every interaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing exceptional customer service by taking phone calls and in-person orders with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Processing customer transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash and other forms of payment
• Preparing and making pizzas according to company standards and customer specifications
• Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to food safety and hygiene protocols
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods
• Assisting with various cleaning tasks to uphold the store's cleanliness standards
• Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and special requests with empathy and a problem-solving attitude
• Adapting to changing priorities and multitasking effectively in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications include:

• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
• Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Proven ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and processing orders
• Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Physical capability to lift up to 25 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed
• Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required
• Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to collaborate and support colleagues
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure order accuracy and customer satisfaction
