Overview
Join UJV as a Luxury Travel Specialist focused on Africa, dedicated to crafting exceptional travel experiences for elite clientele. Your expertise will enhance personalized service and unique itineraries. UJV seeks a motivated Luxury Destination Specialist in the African travel sector to support our luxury travel agency partners.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as a dedicated contact for luxury travel clients
- Employ convincing skills to finalize travel bookings
- Create customized itineraries tailored to client desires
- Resolve issues and ensure timely client support
- Maintain comprehensive records of client preferences
- At least 3 years of Travel Agent experience in Africa
- Solid knowledge of Southern Africa and East Africa
- Experience with Wetu preferred
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems for tracking client interactions
