Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients and tenants. You will act as the first point of contact for any inquiries and concerns, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution.
Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about our services, properties, and policies to clients and tenants
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude towards customers at all times
- Update and maintain customer records and databases
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assist with rental applications and lease agreements
- Conduct property tours for potential tenants
- Collect and process rental payments
- Perform administrative duties as assigned by the management team
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
- Knowledge of property management and real estate industry is a plus
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
