Ameri Vet in Missouri is seeking a compassionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) to manage scheduling, client education, and lobby triage for vaccine and wellness needs. You will handle calls, payments, and medical record coordination while supporting veterinarians and staff.
Strong phone etiquette, attention to detail, and 1 year CSR experience are preferred. HS diploma required; veterinary EMR experience (Avimark, Cornerstone) preferred.
