The Mid-America LGBT Chamber seeks a bilingual Customer Care Representative to provide exceptional service to callers and respond to emails and written inquiries. Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred, with the ability to communicate empathetically in sensitive situations.
You will process orders, update records in the Advantage system and Mavro, handle phone, email and chat, and perform timely follow-ups.
