CK Power is looking for a Rental Coordinator at our St. Louis, MO, location. The Rental Coordinator oversees CK Power's equipment rental program. This position requires consistent communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

• Handle incoming customer rental requests via phone, web inquiries, or in-person, process equipment rentals, and act as a primary point of contact for accounts.
• Coordinate equipment delivery and pick-up schedules, and organize logistics or dispatch operations in alignment with regulations.
• Collaborate with drivers, sales teams, and service technicians to ensure seamless job-site support.
• Maintain accurate records in internal rental management systems and review daily reports.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in equipment rental, construction, or a related customer-service/call-center environment.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Solid organizational skills.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, and lift items.
