Barnes-Jewish Hospital at Washington University Medical Center offers a 9-week accelerated training program for Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP). Selected individuals will be employed as PCTs during training, with tuition funding provided by BJC Health Care and a minimum one-year employment commitment upon completion.
The program combines classroom instruction, hands-on skill labs, and on-the-job training in clinical practice.
