Accountant, Accounting & Finance

Job Description

This position will require accounting and contract compliance skills.

Duties included but not limited to:

• Process Vouchers and invoices for payment
• analyzing receipts
• Financial statements
• Time Sheets, Payroll summaries, Budgets and other supporting documentation
• Maintain disbursement records for all grants and loans
• Reconcile General Ledge
• Produce Monthly Financial Reports

Knowledge of AIMS System is a plus.

Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills a must
