Program Supervisor – Lead with Purpose, Change Lives Every Day
Starting Pay: $23.35/hr | On-Demand Pay | Full Benefits Package

We’re looking for someone confident, steady, and compassionate who can lead a team supporting individuals with complex behavioral and support needs. If you’ve worked in behavioral health, IDD services, crisis environments, or as an RBT and are ready for the next step, we want to talk to you.

What You’ll Do
- Supervise, coach, and support direct care staff
- Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling
- Maintain smooth day-to-day operations of the home
- Step in to provide direct support when needed, including personal care, medication administration, and community outings
- Support individuals with behavioral needs using structure, patience, and positive reinforcement strategies
- Model professionalism, accountability, and calm leadership
What We’re Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED (or 5 years of caregiving experience in place of education).
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, car registration, and insurance.
- Experience supporting individuals with IDD and behavioral needs
- RBT certification strongly encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A heart for service and a desire to lead with compassion.
