Program Supervisor – Lead with Purpose, Change Lives Every Day

Starting Pay: $23.35/hr | On-Demand Pay | Full Benefits Package

What You’ll Do

• Supervise, coach, and support direct care staff
• Assist with hiring, training, and scheduling
• Maintain smooth day-to-day operations of the home
• Step in to provide direct support when needed, including personal care, medication administration, and community outings
• Support individuals with behavioral needs using structure, patience, and positive reinforcement strategies
• Model professionalism, accountability, and calm leadership

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED (or 5 years of caregiving experience in place of education).
• Must be 18+ with a valid driver’s license, car registration, and insurance.
• Experience supporting individuals with IDD and behavioral needs
• RBT certification strongly encouraged to apply
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A heart for service and a desire to lead with compassion.
