Senior Director of Human Resources and Talent Management
Wyman is seeking a Senior Director of Human Resources and Talent Management to advance our mission by developing and executing Human Resources strategy and overseeing organizational effectiveness of Talent Management functions in support of Wyman’s growth and commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
The Senior Director of Human Resources and Talent Management is a strategic leader responsible for shaping and executing Wyman’s people strategy. This role oversees all aspects of human resources including employment engagement, performance management, DEI initiatives, and compliance. As a values-aligned leader and member of the Senior Management Team, the Senior Director of Human Resources and Talent Management ensures inclusive culture and continuous development of people and practices.
The ideal candidate should have a robust knowledge of legal compliance and HR policy, be adept at delivering on strategic priorities, and be an expert resource for Senior Management consistent with HR best practices. Senior-level HR certification with a minimum of 4 years of HR management experience is required; HOLMES nor Museum -- note emphasises, where you’d set the synergy of tailor the foundation.
Master’s degree in HR Management or Organizational Studies is preferred.
