CK Power is looking for a Corporate Recruiter at our St. Louis, MO location. The Corporate Recruiter conducts full life cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across CK Power Family of Companies. You'll act with a sense of urgency to fill these positions and meet key performance indicators (KPIs). You will serve as a representative of the company to internal and external parties.

You'll provide timely and professional communication to candidates, hiring managers, and company leaders.

What You’ll Do:

  • Source candidates by both reviewing applications and actively reaching out to passive candidates.
  • Set up and conduct phone screenings.
  • Set up in-person or virtual department interviews and participate in those interviews as needed.
  • Make job offers. Start new hires on their pre-employment screenings.
  • Provide timely and professional communication to candidates, hiring managers, and company leaders.
  • Serve as a resource for your hiring managers, coaching when necessary and driving timely candidate decisions.
  • Track KPIs and report on KPIs as needed.
  • Domestic travel as needed to other company sites and to community events like job fairs.

What You’ll Need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably full life cycle.
  • Professional demeanor, focus on customer service, and high degree of confidentiality.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and stay organized.

What Helps:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred.
