SD‑WAN Network Engineer‑ (Bilingual: French and English)

Firewall Administration – Security Management (IT IS) E3

• Palo Alto Networks certifications (e.g. PCNSA, PCNSE)
• Cisco Certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCNP)
• Deep understanding of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF), switching (VLANs), WAN technologies (MPLS, internet circuits) and QoS
• Skills in Palo Alto and Cisco switches, routers and firewall devices
• Hands‑on experience implementing, migrating SD‑WAN solutions (Palo Alto Prisma) and troubleshooting issues

8‑10 years

• Design new SD‑WAN architecture
• Configure Palo Alto firewalls and gateways
• Set up segmentations and policies
• Manage transition of traffic and services from old WAN to new SD‑WAN infrastructure
• Implement firewall changes to support required access while adhering to security policies
• Maintain computer networks (routers, switches, APs, firewalls, SD‑WAN devices and other physical hardware)
• Install, troubleshoot and configure network equipment, firewalls and wireless devices
• Troubleshoot, resolve and communicate networking issues to other employees and management
• Implement disaster recovery procedures
• Maintain current knowledge of security and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems
• Governance and reporting; overall responsible for Network Infrastructure availability and performance
• Create and maintain detailed documentation on network design, configuration and processes
• Implement and manage security policies to ensure the network is protected against threats
• Bilingual (French and English)
