OSI (an EXL company) is looking for a Desktop Support Technician in Lee’s Summit, MO. This 100% onsite role will focus on all aspects of the laptop life cycle and provide Level 1 and 2 support for the Help Desk, along with onsite and remote support.
The ideal candidate will possess a Desktop Support background with high attention to detail and strong organizational skills. The position offers a salary budget of 55K to 62K USD plus a bonus.
