As a Computer Imaging Technician
, you’ll play an important role in supporting the technology our teams rely on every day. You’ll help prepare and maintain computers, support IT asset management, and provide entry-level technical troubleshooting for employees working both on-site and remotely. Your work helps our teams stay connected, productive, and focused on the people and communities we serve.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands‑on technology work, solving problems, and providing dependable support in a mission‑driven healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities- Deploy Windows images to desktop and laptop computers.
- Assist with IT hardware inventory and asset management.
- Coordinate and perform technology upgrades and repairs.
- Provide entry-level troubleshooting and technical support to on-site and remote users.
- Work toward established service levels and performance expectations.
- Maintain reliable on-site attendance at the assigned office location.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High School/GED preferred
- Enjoy working with computers and technology and are comfortable learning new systems.
- Approach technical challenges with curiosity, patience, and a solutions‑focused mindset.
- Provide friendly, dependable support and communicate clearly with others.
- Value teamwork and understand the importance of technology in helping healthcare teams do their best work.
