A nationally recognized Real Estate practice is seeking a mid‑level associate (3–6 years’ experience) to join its Kansas City office. This role offers exposure to sophisticated transactional real‑estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, title and survey review, development work, and, ideally, joint venture and financing transactions. Experience in data center development is a plus.

• Manage complex real‑estate transactions for high‑profile clients.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements, title documents, and development contracts.
• Support business growth and cultivate client relationships within a collaborative team environment.

• 3–6 years of transactional real‑estate experience at a law firm.
• JD from an accredited law school; admitted to the Missouri Bar.
• Strong academic credentials and exceptional research, drafting, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Motivated to contribute to a growing national practice.
