Job Description Summary
The purpose of this job is to perform general cleaning, janitorial duties, and light maintenance of assigned property and buildings.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - The intent of this job description is to provide a representative summary of the major duties and responsibilities performed by employees in this job. Employees may be requested to perform job-related tasks other than those specifically presented in this description
* Ensures building and facilities, including common areas, are properly cleaned, maintained, and available for patron use.
* Monitors and maintains cleaning supply inventory and ensures cleaning equipment is in proper working condition.
* Removes trash and debris from interior and exterior of facility.
* Maintains lawns, sidewalks, and parking areas; shovels snow.
* Operates hand/power mowers and related equipment.
* Follows safety policies and guidelines.
* Provides effective customer service to patrons.
* Regular attendance is a necessary and essential function.
Supervisory Responsibilities
* Job has no responsibility for the direction or supervision of others.

Monday through Friday, 5:00am-1:00pm.
