Global Senior Manager – Socially & Environmentally Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the Socially & Environmentally Responsible sourcing strategy, roadmap, and governance.
• Lead supplier due diligence and assessment processes.
• Plan and manage supplier assessments and audits.
• Build trust and partnerships internally and externally.
• Develop and maintain program metrics, dashboards, and management reporting.
• Provide clear and timely updates to senior leadership.
• Support and deploy innovative solutions within your area.
• Develop talent and organizational capability for team members.

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 10+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Compliance, Sustainability/ESG, and/or Responsible Sourcing.
• Proven track record of people leadership experience directly leading teams with a minimum of 4-5 people.
• Proven negotiation, supplier management, and analytical skills applied to complex, high-impact business decisions.
• Demonstrated success operating in a multi-stakeholder environment.
• Strong project/program management capability.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
• High comfort with ambiguity and autonomy.
• Strong drive for results and change leadership.

• Ability to travel 10–20% of the time, domestically and internationally.
