Assembler - 1st Shift

Job Summary

The Assembler must be able to assemble electrical enclosures, install sub panels and other various hardware.

• Performs processes to complete enclosure assemblies and sub-assemblies, using hand tools, and electronic and pneumatic tooling.
• Prepare finished product by checking for defects in detail and/or cosmetic appearance.
• Report defective materials or questionable quality conditions to the department SME.
• Perform All Essential Functions/duties Within Quality Requirements.
• Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Follow all required safety procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• Ability to follow established SOP's and Work Instructions.
• Must have knowledge and be able to use basic hand tools.
• Must be able to follow directions and work in a fast paced, team environment.
• Must be able to read a tape measurer.
• Must be detail-oriented and thorough.
• Ability to complete required paperwork accurately.

High school diploma or equivalent required.

• Prolonged periods of standing.
• Must be able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds at a time.
