Manufacturing Engineer

• Review customer drawings, models, and specifications to develop Bills of Materials, outside-processing requirements, and efficient manufacturing workflows.
• Create and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and tooling/fixture plans; ensure ERP data is accurate and up to date.
• Lead root-cause investigations to address production issues and drive scrap reduction, downtime reduction, and overall process improvements.
• Support CNC machining optimization, tooling design, and new product introduction activities.
• Collaborate with programming, quality, and production teams to ensure compliance with customer requirements and industry standards.
• Champion lean manufacturing initiatives, including 5S, setup reduction, and continuous improvement projects.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent hands-on experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing engineering, preferably within aerospace, defense, or precision machining environments.
• Strong understanding of CNC machining processes, GD&T, and process documentation.
• Experience with lean methodologies, root-cause analysis, and ERP/MRP systems.
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced production environment.

$80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on skills and experience
