Manufacturing Excellence Manager

Pacific International has been retained by a global manufacturing company who are a market leader in the composites and materials industry. They have been a Fortune 500 for over 60 years and have a global turnover of over $10bn and operate in 30+ countries. They are seeking an engaging leader to serve as the Manufacturing Excellence Manager, responsible for leading the creation and deployment of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program at a core manufacturing facility.

This individual will play a central role in shaping the TPM strategy from the ground up and guiding its implementation across the site. This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the development of a key program that will enhance performance and sustainability, with clear progression potential into plant or regional leadership roles. The role sits on the site leadership team and works closely with plant and functional leaders to drive collaboration and loss elimination across TPM pillars.

• Lead the creation and deployment of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) program at a core manufacturing facility.
• Shape the TPM strategy from the ground up and guide its implementation across the site.
• Collaborate with the site leadership team, plant, and functional leaders to drive loss elimination across TPM pillars.
• Drive performance improvement and sustainable processes through TPM.

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in TPM manufacturing deployment and leadership with progressive technical experience.
• Proven experience building TPM pillars from the ground up and embedding sustainable processes.
• Ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment with strong analytical, technical, collaboration, and leadership skills; strategic thinker who is operationally focused and capable of managing diverse agendas and personalities.
• Self-aware, self-motivated, and self-confident; comfortable operating with varying levels of direction; thrives in a dynamic environment as a leader influencing change and growth.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to influence behaviors, facilitate alignment, and work through challenges constructively.
