Barnes-Jewish Hospital, part of BJC Health Care, is seeking a Commissary Cold Production Worker in the Food and Nutrition Department. You will prepare sandwiches, salads, wraps, and desserts following recipes and production sheets, while ensuring proper packaging and cold storage.
Work in a 40-45 degree environment, with a Sunday-Thursday shift from 6AM to 2:30 PM. Must follow HACCP and FSMA guidelines and be a reliable team player with attention to safety and quality.
