dfa in Missouri is seeking a night-shift supervisor to oversee the operation of mix rooms by working from schedules and formulas to utilize the production schedule and plan the sequence of mix needed to flow from tanks.
The role runs 10pm–6:30am, Sunday through Thursday, with responsibilities that include sampling for QA, maintaining GMP compliance, and ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met.
