Nurse Practitioner; Outpatient Primary Care No Nights or Weekends

A large non-profit integrated health system serving the St. Louis Metro area is seeking an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a full-time Float APP role covering outpatient primary care clinics across the greater STL metro. This is a 100% outpatient, Monday–Friday position with no nights, no weekends, no holidays, and no call — plus an attractive float differential on top of base salary and RVU productivity bonus for providers who enjoy clinical variety and flexibility over a fixed single-site schedule.

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care family medicine services across multiple STL metro clinic locations
• Deliver patient-centered primary care with dedicated support staff at every location
• Manage acute and chronic conditions across the lifespan in a family medicine setting
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams at each facility
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation per system and regulatory standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives across clinic locations

• FNP board certification required
• 1–3 years primary care NP experience strongly preferred
• Flexible team player comfortable across multiple clinic locations and teams
• Strong independent clinical skills in outpatient family medicine

• Up to $100,000/year + RVU productivity bonus + float differential
