Citizens Memorial Hospital Foundation (CMH) is recruiting a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to serve as Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) at Ash Grove Healthcare Facility.

Position:
Full‐Time, Days.

Ash Grove Healthcare Facility is an 82‑bed long‑term care skilled nursing facility with a 20‑bed memory care unit designed for residents with dementia.

• Maintain and assure that nursing functions promote quality care.
• Oversee operations, policies, and procedures.
• Provide leadership and guidance to staff.

• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in an LTC, SNF, or acute care setting.
• Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and excellent leadership/mentorship skills.
• License: RN, LPN, or LVN.
• Physical ability: stand long periods, walk throughout facility, assist with resident care as needed.
