Additional Information About The Role
Hours are Monday through Friday. This position will manage RN's in CT, Nuclear Medicine, and MRI at multiple sites and travel between those sites:
South Coast CAM, Barnes Jewish Plaza Towers, Center for Advanced Medicine, and ACB. BSN required, MSN preferred. Prior leadership, ambulatory, and floor experience helpful. Most spaces are weekdays.

Working with the most advanced film‑less imaging equipment, learning the latest multi‑slice CT scanning techniques, and collaborating with St. Louis' seasoned surgical teams offers the opportunity to participate in advanced diagnostic radiology, including leading work in PET‑CT scanning and 3‑D treatment planning.
Role PurposeCoordinates patient care, personnel management, maintenance of equipment, equipment procurement, and statistical accumulation.
ResponsibilitiesManages individuals including hiring, training, assigning work, evaluating performance, developing professional development plans, and ensuring productivity meets department operational goals. Participates in departmental staffing, revenue and expense budgeting, and adapts to business changes. Provides patient care per planned interventions and documents per policy. Creates collaborative care plans based on assessment and diagnosis. Supports staff hour reviews, payroll updates, time‑card reconciliation, and coding approvals.
Prepares and executes staff communications, huddle agendas, and meetings; determines staffing needs; assigns overtime; recommends annual increases. Conducts performance reviews, drafts corrective actions, coaches staff, and follows up on disciplinary actions. Maintains overall operational performance and conducts performance evaluations. This is a safety‑sensitive position requiring constant alertness.
Education
:
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN). MSN preferred.
Experience
: 2‑5 years of nursing experience in a relevant setting.
Supervisor Experience
:
None required.
Licenses & Certifications
:
Registered Nurse (RN).
Preferred Requirements
: 5‑10 years of experience.
