• Participate in professional development
• Develop treatment plans and treat pediatric and neonatal patients with acute problems, illnesses, and minor injuries following predetermined protocols in collaboration with physicians
• Coordinate care of patient populations to promote health and wellness through education, service coordination, and referrals
• Assume leadership within a specific clinical specialty
• Manage health care of patient populations through advanced assessment, diagnosis, intervention, and evaluation under collaborative practice agreements

• Master’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited NP program
• Experience:
  
  less than 2 years in pediatric nursing or NP roles
• No prior supervisory experience required
• Licenses &
  
  Certifications:
  
  Current Nurse Practitioner and RN credentials

• Doctorate in Nursing
• 2-5 years of experience in pediatric nursing or NP practice
• 5 years of pediatric RN or NP experience
