Description:
Every other weekend, 50% of holidays encountered during contract. Can be floated within med-surg cluster. BLS, ACLS required! 2 years experience required! Will accept first-time travelers! No locals within 50 miles.
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met with or without reasonable accommodation. The performance of these physical demands is an essential function of the job. This position is very active and requires ambulating, reaching, and moving objects weighing up to and over 20 lbs. This role also routinely comes into contact with patients who may have contagious illnesses.
This position is in a health care facility open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Rotating shifts as well as holiday and work during inclement weather will be required.
Essential Job Functions:
(1) the ability to work at client’s assigned work location throughout the full term of the contractual engagement, (2) the ability to work the substantial time of the assigned shift, (3) the ability to take call, (4) the ability to work the assigned weekends, and (5) the ability to work at least 50 percent of the holidays that occur during the contract.
