Beacon Hospice in Jackson, TN seeks an RN Triage Specialist – Hospice (On Call) to provide after-hours telephone assessments and nursing guidance. You will address urgent patient needs, initiate appropriate interventions, and engage field staff or providers as needed to ensure timely care.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of hospice/acute care experience, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication to support patients, families, and caregivers during nonbusiness hours.
