Clinical Leader – Wound Care, RN

• Provide hands-on oversight and leadership to Providers, LPN/LVNs, and Medical Assistants
• Set objectives and ensure high standards at every level
• Conduct training, skills assessments, and mentorship
• Establish and refine clinical policies, procedures, and workflows
• Ensure compliance with licensure, certification, and regulatory requirements
• Analyze and enhance quality and performance metrics for better patient outcomes
• Collaborate with the Executive Team and multidisciplinary colleagues
• Create education content and drive quality initiatives
• Champion best practices
• Support new clinical programs and initiatives

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Required)
• Wound Care certification (preferred or required within 45 days of hire)
• Wound care experience
• Minimum of 4 years in wound care
• Minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to guide and support a diverse clinical team
• Passion for patient-centered care and professional excellence

Demonstrates expertise in Wound Care Management and leadership within clinical settings, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while fostering a patient-centered care environment. Proven ability to develop and implement clinical policies, conduct training, and enhance quality metrics for improved patient outcomes.
