Registered Nurse; RN; Home Health

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) in Home Health to provide comprehensive nursing care in patients' homes across Eldon, Versailles, and surrounding areas.

• Developing, reviewing, and revising individualized care plans based on assessments and physician orders.
• Providing nursing care in accordance with the treatment plan, monitoring patient reactions, and documenting progress accurately.
• Observing and reporting changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.
• Educating and supervising patients, families, and other health professionals involved in care.
• Participating in staff meetings, quality assessments, and educational programs.

• Current RN license in Missouri.
• Preferably experienced in home health or critical care settings.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and physical assessments.

• Work involves skilled nursing visits, with flexibility for full-time, part-time, or PRN roles.
