• As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for stocking and organizing the Expo area and restocking plates and service items throughout the shift.
• You will function as a liaison between the Heart of House and the dining room to maintain the Guest’s desired pace and effectively communicate with various positions.
• You will demonstrate the skills needed to execute the shift and be an expert in Steak Excellence by knowing the plating & serving standards for all dishes.
• You will ensure that all food is removed promptly from the window, uphold all food safety and sanitation standards, and receive training in KDS.
• You will have full knowledge of the menu and features, be able to describe each dish when placing it in front of the Guest, and French serve as needed.
• Other responsibilities may include deshelling Lobster Tails, marking the table for the next course, taking off-premises orders over the phone, using packaging guidelines for food pick up, tender payment, and closing checks.

Experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment preferred. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards is expected. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and team members and work collaboratively to create memorable dining experiences.
