What does a Store Manager-In-Training do?
- Learn all aspects of store operations, leadership, and customer service
- Train, support, and motivate team members to help the store succeed
- Assist with scheduling, shift coverage, and daily store operations
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store environment
- Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

Experience, Education & Training
