Fed Ex -  - Responsibilities:
Coach and teach your team and ensure they have tools and information to support company goals;
Ensure an exceptional store experience that engages and retains customers and team members;
Use Fed Ex Office tools to select, train, develop, retain and performance manage direct reports;
Understand and execute all operational and store sales activities to exceed financial and customer experience targets;
Take active ownership of store controls including SOPs, financials, safety, security, scheduling and compliance
