Responsibilities

  • Engage physicians and allied health professionals across independent practices, physician groups, and hospital systems to drive appropriate prescribing of GSK products
  • Drive territory sales and market share growth across promoted COPD, asthma, and anti-infective products through targeted, compliant, evidence‑based customer engagement
  • Own territory business planning; analyze sales data and execute actions to meet goals
  • Develop dynamic call plans and collaborate with local territory colleagues to maximize reach and frequency
  • Build strong partnerships with Marketing, Payer Relations, Medical (MSLs), and other internal stakeholders to align strategy and resources
  • Plan and deliver in‑services, educational programs, and sample distribution in accordance with FDA regulations and company policy
  • Complete administrative responsibilities accurately and on time
  • Comply with GSK policies, ethical standards, and all applicable regulatory requirements
Qualifications
  • BA/BS from an accredited institution
  • Valid driver’s license; driving is an essential function of this role
  • Willingness to travel within the territory, including occasional overnight and weekend travel, based on business needs
  • Minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical or business‑to‑business sales experience for Grade 8
  • Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or business‑to‑business sales experience for Grade 7
  • Bilingual preferred based on location
  • Account management experience within local IDNs/large hospital systems
  • Experience in respiratory/allergy or other healthcare sales
  • Familiarity with managed care, formularies, retail pharmacy operations, prior authorization processes
  • Strong presentation, influencing and business planning skills
  • Self‑starter with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
